10 Essential Food & Training Tips
10 October 2020Pro Ski Simulator

Simple habits for fuelling training, recovering well and building a routine that lasts beyond a single workout.
Fuel the work
Regular meals make it easier to arrive at a session with useful energy. A balanced breakfast, sufficient water and minimally processed foods provide a steadier base than last-minute fixes.
- Eat a balanced breakfast after the overnight fast.
- Drink water throughout the day, not only during exercise.
- Include protein and colourful plant foods in regular meals.
- Choose portions that support your activity level.
Make training repeatable
Progress depends more on a routine you can repeat than on occasional extreme sessions. Combine purposeful work with recovery and increase volume gradually.
- Schedule sessions before the week becomes busy.
- Warm up with easy, controlled movement.
- Mix technique, strength and cardiovascular intervals.
- Sleep consistently and plan easier recovery days.
- Track how you feel, not only numbers.
- Aim for steady improvement rather than perfection.
